1. Characteristics of Vertical Shaft Forced Mixer
The vertical shaft forced mixer features a compact structure, stable transmission, novel style, excellent performance, economic durability, high mixing efficiency, uniform quality, no dead angles in mixing, and no slurry leakage. It is widely used in building materials, concrete (dry hard, semi-dry hard, plastic concrete, UHPC ultra-high performance concrete, fiber concrete), refractory materials, chemicals, casting, metallurgy, ceramics, glass, and other industries, solving the problem of high uniformity requirements in mixing processes.

2. Motion Trajectory
The revolution and rotation of the mixing blades are determined through in-depth research and continuous testing, ensuring that the mixer achieves the highest productivity without segregation when mixing aggregates of various particle sizes and weights. The motion trajectory of the materials inside the mixing drum is smooth and continuous. This figure shows that when the revolution body rotates for one cycle, the motion trajectory of the mixing blades covers the entire mixing drum.
3. Observation Port
An observation port is set on the maintenance door, allowing observation of the mixing materials during the normal operation of the mixer without power interruption.
4. Mixing Device
The planetary shaft with blades installed inside the mixing drum performs compound actions such as squeezing and turning over the materials for forced mixing. The mixing blades are designed in a parallelogram structure (patented product), allowing customers to rotate them 180 degrees according to the actual wear conditions for repeated use, effectively improving the utilization rate and lifespan of the blades. Special discharge scrapers are designed to increase discharge speed and productivity.
5. Discharge Device
According to different customer requirements, the discharge doors can be operated pneumatically or hydraulically, with a maximum of three discharge doors. A special sealing device is designed on the discharge doors to ensure tight sealing and reliable control.
6. Hydraulic Pump Station
The specially designed hydraulic pump station can meet the requirements of multiple discharge doors for the mixer and has a manual discharge function, allowing manual opening of the discharge doors in emergencies.
7. Maintenance Door and Safety Device
To improve the safety of product use for customers, all maintenance doors are equipped with high-reliability and high-sensitivity safety switches, ensuring safety and convenience during maintenance.
8. Waterway Device
The waterway adopts an upper structure (patented product), solving the problem of residual additives and water in the pipeline, avoiding losses caused by changing formulations. The nozzle adopts a spiral solid cone nozzle, providing fine and uniform atomization effect and large coverage area, making material mixing more uniform.
